Very good restaurant, we waited for 15 mins! Food is delicious and served very well

We brought the kids here for dinner tonight and what an amazing experience. The service was amazing, the atmosphere incredible and the food was out of this world. I had the lobster quesadilla and it was mouthwatering. I would most definitely recommend stopping by for a delicious meal

My favorite Mexican restaurant in San Diego! I make a point to visit every time I am in town. The ambience is festive and fun. The staff is always helpful and friendly. Of course, the best part is the food. The prices are reasonable and the portions are quite large. I highly recommend Miguel’s Cocina!

Some of the best calamari strips I have ever had. Complementary chips and cheese are great. Main course dishes were also great. Unable to finish. Assume food. Service was great also. The hotel we were staying at talked us out of going for seafood and gave us a coupon for free appetizer besides. Could not have been better!

We were in town for a trip staying at a boat BnB in shelter island. Looking for something close and good, found this place on google maps. Lots of positive reviews and they were not wrong. Large 2 story dining area along with patio seating. Authentic atmosphere and absolutely delicious food. Blood orange margarita is amazing. Edgar was our server, fast and friendly service

Stopped into Miguel's after watching dolphins on Shelter Island. Excellent menu and fantastic employees. They started us off with free chips, queso, and salsa. Try the El Marco! 2 chicken enchiladas with a serving of rice and beans on the side. Our server Lauren was very attentive and we never had to ask for a refill. If you like dolphins and Tacos, Miguel's is a real catch!

The food was pretty good. Didn’t have any expectations when we got here. The atmosphere was nice and so was the wait staff. I would recommend it but would try someplace new before I would come back.

Best Mexican food place I have been to in a while. Very authentic, not just another food chain. Great food and really good mixed drinks too!

Excellent staff. We had a very friendly waitress. Quick service and fast served food. Excellent Happy hour menu with great inexpensive food and drink choices. Had quite a few options off the menu and enjoyed everything we tried. If I was back in this area, I would definitely return and try it again.

Good food just a little greedy on adding things to the orders you should get for free like extra tortillas for fajitas. Who charges for those .. I guess miguel's does... Stop it and keep the customers happy....

Super tacos and a very good margarita to go with it! Service is quick even if the place was nearly full. Recommended!!

The food was good except the Nachos no beans no jalapenos very bland.The waiter was not very attentive.

Miguel's is a good place for decent Mexican. The salsa and queso served with the chips is not very spicy but has a really good flavor. The enchiladas were good, again not very spicy but I was surprised they had ground beef rather than shredded. All in all a good experience and a place I would recommend for meeting friends.

Most places you finish off your chips and salsa before your meal arrives. Here we hadn't even gotten one third of the way into our chips when our meals arrived. Dang fast and awesome food. Got in quickly, even on a Saturday evening. Super kid friendly and the staff was just amazing.

This place is worth a visit. They have large portions for fair prices. Always clean and with great vibes. Will come visit again.

Some of the BEST Mexican food in San Diego. Really. The servers are very nice. There is also a bar in the downstairs area.Clean establishment. Highly recommend this place. It is in Point Loma.

Excellent food from south of the border. The restaurant is capable of accommodating big parties or a simple dinner out with a friend. The service is always on point, the food is delivered efficiently, and they staff does a fantastic job with large groups. The atmosphere is exactly as you would expect it to be. Indoor and outdoor seating, full bar, easy parking, and delicious cheese dip. 👍🏻👍🏻

Miguel is the best food I have ever had! Don't miss this place! I had something I couldn't really pronounce but sorta like fajitas in a lava bowl. It included all the veggies, chicken, carnitias and steal in tge most wonderful sauce. Don't pig out on the delightful chips, salsa and creamy queso before hand because this is a LOT of food!So good!! This can't be missed!!

Chips and dips to start were amazing. The white sauce was v Moorish. All meals lovely. Made an adjustment to an order to make what I asked for. Very accommodating and helpful staff. Made me a special cocktail too. Which was lovely!

Very good service right off the bat. We were offered special seating for our handicapped company. The enviroment was very good, quiet for the most part and the outdoor space had a heater to keep it at a desirable temperature. Although I was too close to the heater and got a little bit too hot. The food was not as good as I had originally expected but it was not bad by any means. I probably would not come here again because I believe that I could find better Mexican food elsewhere. Overall, the food was good and I would not be opposed to eating here again, but I would probably find somewhere else to eat before I came back.

Amazing. I have some issues eith food and asked A TON of questions, yet server was very nice, polite and smiling. Food was amazing and loved the place overall! Recommended. Also very close to Ramada San Diego Airport location!

I stopped in for lunch with some friends and really enjoyed the experience at Miguel’s Cocina! The menu is a good size, not overwhelming, and they have a variety of drink options that would satisfy pretty much anyone . Absolutely loved the chips and salsa but the white cheese sauce that first came to the table was delicious. I had the Baja Combination and it was good. The staff is super polite and the restaurant is very unique. Overall I highly recommend this restaurant.

Delicious Mexican food served at this place. I am counting this place in for my next visit. Ordered vegetable chimichanga and it was tasty and had authentic Mexican flavors. Keep up the good work Miguel’s Cocina. Staff is helpful and professional.
